Old age showing with Favre

What the hell is this? This is like the second thread about Favre in the last 5 minutes. Are we playing the Jets this week. I could have sworn that Tampa was our next opponent.

i'm really concerned with pre-season, Brady got a lot of PT last week

No offense, but I am getting tired of the Favre watch. A QB getting arm fatigue is not a big story. It happens to Brady too. The only thing is that it usually happens early in camp when a QB is getting his arm reacclimated to throwing so much, not in mid August. But even then, I don't know if it is a big deal.

Please Post any and ALL bad news about the Jets.....

I haven't heard Spygate in a while!

I love it.

The only thing about Tampa I really care about is how they welcome us for the Superbowl...

He needs time for the body to adjust again, not really a big deal.

Sounds like a conspiracy created by Mangina to have his opponents let their guards down :help:

Brady's only throwing in one practice a day in order to keep his arm fresh, and someone thought it was news that Favre wants to cut back on throws for a practice?

When did this become Favrefans.com?

Semi-OT: Lord Favre feeling "fatigued"

Aw, somebody call a whaambulance:

HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. -- Brett Favre said his rocket right arm felt "fatigued" -- but not sore -- during a break from his fifth day of practice with the New York Jets.

"My arm's kind of dragging a little bit today," the quarterback said Wednesday after the Jets' morning session. "It's not really sore, but just fatigued. To be honest with you, I'm surprised that, I don't want to say I feel good, that I've been able to make it through every practice so far."

Re: Semi-OT: Lord Favre feeling "fatigued"

with all the stroking of the bologna pony he's been doing all offseason is there any doubt why?

Re: Semi-OT: Lord Favre feeling "fatigued"

Good thread.

Please update us when Favre takes a dump.

Instead of that, I believe I will serve him a waaaahmburger and some french cries. Oh, and a WHINEiken to wash it down.

Brett Favre is a legend because the media makes him out to be.

ahh the beginning of WTF am I doing here by Favre.
If he has any brains left he'll get more fatigued and then feign injury to hightail it out of there and become a goodwill ambassador for the Packers ... which is what he should have done anyways. Felger must be having a sh!t ... he is a huge Packer fan.

Re: Semi-OT: Lord Favre feeling "fatigued"

LOL this whole thing reminds me of "Beck". But I don't care-ANYTHING'S better than the days Brady was under the microscope (see Bradygate),and of course memogate.I agree it's sickening but after the scrutiny Brady, BB, and the Pats have been through these last few years, I'll take this all day.

Meanwhile, these constant reports of his fatigue sorta crack me up tho
Is it overkill on purpose or is he truly gonna tank? I mean-if he can't take training camp and preseason, wtf is he going to do come December?

He can probably feel the Pats' sacks already. Our D will pummel him and he knows it. I have a feeling the Pats have the Jets' game circled, in neon red, on their calendars. Kraft and the league LOVE this rivalry, and we don't like the Jets too much. The Lord better buck up

Felger's a huge Packer fan but he hates Favre lol. I turned on Sports Tonight hoping he'd comment but he's off tonight. Figures that the only time I actually wanted to listen to him because he'd be TOTALLY going off on Favre, he's not even on lol.

Joe Beningo on WFAN today said what will most likely happen is the Jets will come out the gates 2-0 and then Favre will get a season ending injury.

Joe is a REAL Jets fan...he knows his team is cursed and doesn't expect anything else.
