Game Day Thread Official pregame TNF thread: Pats @ Falcons

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

Excited to see both harris and rham with big trent back. Good opportunity to keep them both fresh and around 15 carries each . There was a big dropoff whenever jj had to take carries from either so anticipating this big time.

Trivia question: there are 10 members of the current Patriots active 53 man roster who were part of Super Bowl 51. Name them without looking them up.

Hint - James White is excluded since he’s on IR, Jamie Collins is also excluded since he’s on IR and wasn’t actually on the team by the time that game happened.
Without having looked at the rest of the thread, I’ll try.
Andrews
Slater
Bolden
Hightower
Mccourty
Jon Jones
Van Noy
Mason
Karras?
King?

I think Hoyer wasn’t on the team at that point…

Edit: ok I looked at the thread and I must have gotten one wrong cuz I didn’t say Cardona. Jones wasn’t active for SB51?

Jones is on IR now so he’s excluded similar to White.

Is this the Matt Ryan revenge game? Or did the Pats play him after 28-3?

Was that when they switched to the skycam exclusively for the rest of the game? I thought that was an awesome way to watch the game. Could literally see what the D was doing, pre to post snap.
Yup. Only way to see it. Some college games used to broadcast the same game on two separate channels - the regular view from the sideline and the skycam. I loved it but I guess it wasn’t popular enough to keep doing since you don’t really see it anymore.

Hightower, KVN, DMac, Mason, Andrews, Hoyer, Slater, Bolden, Cardona….

King? Or Jon Jones on IR?

That's a lot of TD's
...and the winning margin over the Falcons in the SB -6. How ironic.

Mac might have some tough moments as its a Dean Pees defense so he knows the offense pretty well. but as he has been saying in their pressers they don't have the personnel to execute.

Getting everyone ready for a Wednesday:

Wise deserved a day off after that performance last week. As good a game as I've seen from him. Really, really stepped up. I thought the Pats might have overpaid for him, but watching him this year, when they can use him to his strengths, he seems like a different guy.

He knew how to slow down Brady in our offense, we've got a new juggernaut at QB. 6 TD's it is
