Zappe got into the EZ much better, Mac had the same problem at the end of last year too. In his final 5 games, he had 6 TD'S and 3 of them were against the lowly Jags. So 3 TD's in 4 games

Bailey Zappe played two of the worst defenses in the NFL. Everyone gets into the end zone against the Browns and Lions. The Lions have given up over 30 points in five games this season. The Browns have done it four times (none of them were the Patriots).

Pats need to revamp the OL at both T's and C going into next season. Need a better offensive staff. Need playmakers at WR.

The fact that Jones averaged 14 yards a pass on first down and was 100% on his passes on that down and none of the passes were for first down is damning for the team about first down penalties. It has been a problem all year.

I hate to be a realist, but enjoy this win fellas. We're going to lose the next 2 games.
We'll be 6-6 going to the West coast trip. We could win those 2, and hopefully Bengals. But I can't see us winning more than 3 games this year.
9-8, miss the playoffs. Fire MP and Judge. Hire real OC and rebuild the OL and see what Mac can do in year 3.
