We're not seeing the whole tape though. I know early that Douglas split double coverage and had 10 yards on both defenders for an easy TD but Drake was sped up by the fast collapsing pocket and didn't see him. Douglas had an easy TD and his route wasn't even long developing. If he was the first read on that play, Drake delivers it to him even with the collapsing pocket, but Drake was looking right.
When was this play I want to watch it

7 pressures allowed for Campbell is a pace of 119 for the whole 17 game season. I googled "most pressures allowed by left tackles 2024" and no exact answer came up but an AI write up saying the Commanders LT unit gave up 57 which was terrible. So with 7 pressures, even if 0 sacks, not surprising it rates as a bad game for Campbell.

OL stats in general can be misleading/unreliable and he was against a great pass rushing duo including arguably best in the league. I was against the pick but overall I'm not going to pretend like he hasn't been ok so far this year.
“pressure” can be anywhere from insignificant to int causing, and is arbitrary. Nothing we know is PFF does not view tape like football experts so any opinion based statistic is usually dubious.

Sure, gotta take with a grain of salt like I said. But they grade how they grade and if last year a team that gave up 57 pressures is considered terrible LT play then if they grade him as on pace for 119 it has to be a terrible game.

OL play in particular I think is tough to quantify with a "grade" so as much as any position any attempt at quantification should be taken with many, many grains of salt.

We have a top 10 QB with all the mess around him. We have our guy…

Not QUITE “MVP numbers”, but I’ll take it given his circumstances.

Crazy to even fathom. Still feel better about this team than last year….

If he ends up with that stat line, he may be in New England for a very long time.

We absolutely do and if you doubt it watch him play.

Once he shows that he can pass protect and break tackles. He has been a sneaky disappointment through three games. A lot of people, including myself, thought he would make an immediate impact.

I’m not convinced he is a feature back which is a big reason we still need Rham.
Could it be teams have him on the radar whenever he's in the game? For myself I'm not going as far to say he's been a disappointment as the RBs collectively are only average 3.8 YPC. 3 games into the season I think i need to see Henderson more involved before I can really get a proper gadge on him. Gibbs didn't hit right away in Detroit who he's compared too..it took him a little time his rookie season to make his mark..

Stop it already when he stops those Maye specials he'll be in the conversation: until then meh.

T Henderson needs better Blocking upfront: it has not been good. We should be an Offense that use the pass to see set up the run. But we have a pedestrian group of WR's as a whole not good. They need to see what they have in Kyle Williams: he was one of the Fastest Players coming out.

Al quaeda anonolgy.. wow. Right out the Sean McDermott play book..
Thats what impresses me most about Drake. In this offense you have to be precise more than most offenses. The weapons just aren’t there. Alot of qbs his age would have a much tougher time. He doesn’t have the luxury of dumping it off to terry mclaurin in the flat and having him go for 60 yards or rome odunze running wide open 30 yards downfield . HOPEFULLY Henderson and Williams give him that big play threat eventually but through 3 weeks hes basically had to be try and be Brady without a Gronk or Moss around. Its alot to ask and hes mostly delivered with maybe a handful of poor plays - not too bad over 3 games.
Another thing of note I'm seeing some post where people are saying they are disappointed with Henderson? I mean really? How? Guy doesn't even play 50% of the snaps.. 3 games into his NFL career teams know he's our only real threat when he's in the game. Teams plan for him. Henderson needs extended touches in the passing game primarily to really tap into his skill set. IMO. Pop is the more disappointment not Henderson

Call me out on my ******** huh? Maybe you should be more careful with your knee jerk reactions!

7 pressures is NOT good.
So I am calling you out

Best and worst offensive PFF grades for Patriots in loss to Steelers five PFF graded players

  1. Bottom five PFF graded players

  2. RB Rhamondre Stevenson - 41.0
  3. Antonio Gibson - 45.4
  4. Will Campbell - 52.2
  5. Garrett Bradbury - 54.1
  6. Demario Douglas - 54.9
At least they're not all on our Team...oh wait.

Unless im missing alot, Henderson hasn’t had much to work with. Haven’t seen any dancing or anything like that, seems to be more of a run blocking issue.

I was responding to Maye in MVP talks: Allen - Herbert and Lamar are ahead of everybody. Heck Daniel Jones is having a year so far.

What is a Maye special? Just a phrase you made up to be a ****?

Correction specials: that egregious pick in the EZ and that Fumble. Get with the times AJ.

The pick in the end zone was not egregious. He made the right read and the right throw. A qb can’t be accountable to a DL batting a pass. The entire passing game operation would fall apart if you ask a qb to account for where the DL and their hands are before throwing the ball.

It’s amazing to me that this team has an absolutely superstar at QB and you have nothing better to do than to demean him.
Why be a fan?
