I can’t find a good reason to turn on the game next week. The only thing to look forward to is development of a couple of young players. I hope Douglas and White can find a way to progress amidst this disaster of a season. What else is there to hope for?
I'm routing for a Pats loss every game for the rest of the season. I'm watching for the #1 pick and a new QB

the 300s on the Opponents side were never more that 75% full...that's what happens when you're team is terrible
Did you go to the game today?

Someone asked him about that play and if he was okay with the read by Mac. His answer was along the lines of "Well we were only down 3, we were just about in field goal territory, would've been nice to hold onto the ball there and not throw a pick... but... yeah it got tipped so it happens"

You could tell he was trying not to blame Mac, but he wasn't happy about it
Didn't JuJu tip it up? If I remember it was an at the ground fast ball. Which is weird, because fast balls aren't Mac's game.

I think Kraft was hesitant to move on from Belichick last year because of the potential blowback from the fans. I think this year, he will not have those reservations.
I think at Bob's age, he doesn't want to go through the process of finding another HC, staff and front office. I still have my doubts Bob will pull the trigger and end this.

Just like Andy trying to create a death duel…the loser is banished forever! Low brow stuff.

It is weird that you defend yourself the exact same way against numerous posters who point out your doublespeak. “I never said that! You misinterpreted it!” starts sounding ridiculous when it’s repeated to different posters, in different threads, many times.

Crying to the mods for repercussions. Wow, I didn’t realize you would sink that low.

Well, Louie has check to back up Huey and Dewey. Kinda figures since you all share the same brain.

But color me shocked that one of my posts makes you unhinged again. Seriously, do you need to seek professional help after you melt down after reading one of my posts. You seem to take all my posts too personally.

He can hire a firm to do all the work for him.

Bill should be fired alone for not drafting AJ Brown.

We aren’t beating Ari or NYG for the pick.
They actually play NYG later this year, they can intentionally lose that one to move up in the standings lol. But they probably can't make it past Arizona. Probably not Carolina either, but we'll see.

Again, it comes down to lack of talent and frankly bad coaching.

Mac clearly does have “it” and he just isn’t good. Thornton is just awful, Juju is crapcrap. The LB corps stinks, the Redskins were what 10-13 on 3rd down including that depantsing of the Pats defense when he ran for it on 3 and 23 and made it!!
since Judson went down, the Pats don’t have a single playmaker. Their special teams are awful!!

Not sure how you fix something this broken
You don't fix it.

You replace it. That's the problem that people need to get their heads around right now. It's very likely that between three and zero players currently on the roster will at all have any place in the path forward that hopefully leads to us being competive again. That also includes pretty much nobody from the coaching staff being here. It's like having your house completely destroyed by a sinkhole. There's maybe a few nice accessories you can salvage and use later on, but you are basically building a new house and maybe adding some things from the old house into the final product. But you aren't fixing the house. That is gone

I think Kraft wants to leave this earth with the Pats in the middle of another dynasty. He gave Belichick the benefit of the doubt after last year. I don't think he will this time around. This team is going into major rebuild mode. Does Kraft want to build a team in Belichick's image to have him retire after two years and have to scrap most of it and start over?

That’s what I thought. I accept your apology
Rob, I’m going to give you your apology. I just went down memory lane to the 2014 posts for lulz where half the forum went full ****** and you actually were not on Team Jimmy G or Brady is washed.

Apparently you didn’t hit your head until a few years later

Jon's running the show. Has been for a long time. The old man signs the checks but it's Jon that's running the day-to-day.

The whole point of being an owner is that you hire people to do the football stuff for you.

The real worry is that Kraft is too cowardly to curtail BB's power or just leaves things as is and allows Bill to run the franchise into the ground even more.

Draft night 2024: With the #3 overall pick, the Patriots draft a guard ! Another 1st round pick on a guard? Wow Bill ZAGGED when the rest of the NFL ZIGGED!

I won’t push it, but if someone is going to make false allegations against other people on the board to mock them there should be some kind of repercussions.
I hear you, but there are some battles that we're better off not pursuing. Nobody wins (for either person), so sometimes it's just better to move on.

the stench of Bill Belichick must be fumigated front One Patriot place

And starting of your HC tenure with Brucshi, law, brown, Malloy, willie and Ted Johnson helps too..
could not have said it better - and we all knew who the greatest coach was during the past 3 decades - it was parcells who not only was a better coach but he excelled in drafting and took a team from a laughing stock in 3 years to a contender

What I mean is the unknown of what happens with a new HC, staff and front office.

I sure hope Bill isn't the HC and the entire staff and front office is cleared out. The franchise needs a reset.

What's the demeanor among the fans?
