I think we've gotten a little lucky that Mahomes has been really off..missed two wide open receivers that would have been TD's ....I'm not complaining though. lol
For sure, I think the only one that was really bad was Hunt blowing past HT. The other times I thought the Pats played a role in the overthrows with good pressure.
You can never take that Brady-Edelman connection for granted. Both knew the safety was coming down. Brady threw down to avoid the hospital ball and Edelman was already going down to the ground.
Mahomes didn't look great under pressure last week. The fake blitzes and real blitzes are killing him. He's afraid of getting hit and he's airballing passes.
I think BB's plan is to give the Chiefs a short field in most cases, then count on his offense to win the TOP battle. In the end, their defense is going to get tired.
