I wish they would have run the ball on that 3rd and 2 on the GL. Or at least had presented a real run threat and a play action pass. Third and 2 is NEVER a good time to give the defense a break and declare your intentiions without making them make some kind of concession.
He threw it away instead of trying to push it into triple coverage. Not sure how this was a bad throw. The decision to go to Gronk was not ideal but that is not a trivial thing.
