Good first half by the D. Not much else to say. Those penalty calls were mostly legit except maybe the roughing the passer. Jackson needs to be better.
The pass rush has done well but they really need more than 4 to get there and make something happen. Shelton has been really good.
The run D is the one thing that has not been good. This team has had issues dealing with Bell oddly. Part of it i think is them not wanting to get a penalty and believing him to be down when he's not.
The Jets OL considering who is in and how many rushers they need to deal with isn't doing too bad. Still not good enough to have a chance to come back. Their run blocking has been okay.
The Patriots offense has sputtered the last few drives but looked really good before that. Dorsett is absolutely balling. Watson had one bad drop but has made his impact felt. Edelman with a bad drop but what can you do? Need to feed him and trust. He's too good not to be a go to guy. Meyers having his best game and looks to be gaining Brady's trust. I think they've been on the same page a lot which is key.
The run blocking still has issues. The new blocking TE isn't really working out. Their pass blocking has been very solid though. This is a talented front and they are giving Brady time. A few bad plays but pretty good.
3 drops with 2 of them being key drops is annoying and has held the Pats back. The run game hasn't been working but they should stick with it while being up. I want to see more play action. They've barely used it.
