We need to make plays out of special teams if we're going to have any chance this year. The team is simply not good enough on either side of the ball to get nothing out of the punt return. Besides, how do we know Moncrief can't catch a fair catch either.
Cam has no escapability anymore. He can only break off big gains on the designed stuff. I said this in the offseason too after studying Carolina’s All-22 from last year. His legs are shot and it’s probably playing a role in his poor footwork.
We should lose out for the rest of the season. Get a high draft pick to draft a QB. Trade Gilmore for a low 1st, high 2nd rounder. Time for a complete rebuild and for the love of God....get a new OC!
