Official 2022 Tompa Bay Gronkaneers Thread

Bucs' official injury report has DL Vita Vea also ruled out for Sunday's game at Atlanta. Bowles had said he was still in play, but that's not the case now.

They're relatively healthy on offense. Donovan Smith out just means fewer penalties.

Bucs probably pass a lot early in this game, especially some cheapies to Godwin to get his 100-1000. Brady's probably looking to have a big first half before sitting most of the second. Although, I think most of the starters stick around long enough to put the game away. Gabbert probably gets some reps with the first team offense, unless it's a total blowout, then he'll be playing with the lower end of the depth chart.

Even w/ 3 to 4 starters out, I'm still baffled by the ATL (-4) line. What do they know that trumps Brady never losing to the Falcons.

Brady only playing one quarter

Bucs should play most starters.

Brady has never had a losing season.

And they are playing with house money anyways. Nobody expects them to do anything in the postseason.

They are going to the Super Bowl.

WC beating Dallas
DR beating Minnesota
CG beating Green Bay

Also WINNING the Super Bowl if their opponent is Buffalo or Kansas City.

Of all the Brady Super Bowl runs there have been this would, by FAR, make his haters the most angry.

Didn't realize that Brady was the TD leader the first time he did not win a division. Then he won all the other years until 2020 where he won a SB.

Technically 2001 wasn’t a full season. Nor 2016.

No I don’t have a point I’m just being annoying.

Manning also had a decent amount of 4th quarter comebacks. Rodgers isn't even close and what comebacks he does have are almost exclusively against losing teams.

Seeing the way that the mediots fawn over Rodgers now and used to over Manning, and knowing that those same people are those who vote for MVP's and HOF's, makes those awards far less meaningful.
Manning had more than a decent amount of 4th qtr comebacks, he has the second most in NFL history.

Regular season Manning was special and just as dominant as Brady.

The problem with Manning is for some reason he became a completely different player in the playoffs.

Playoff Manning played like he was afraid and didn't have the composure like he did in the Regular season.

Once Manning hit his prime he never missed the playoffs or had a losing season. That's not the case for the fraud Rodgers.

No Regular season matchup was more exciting than Peyton vs Brady

Electric atmosphere. There was a similar feel Burrow vs Allen on Monday night. Well, until someone got killed and brought back to life.

Have you guys noticed how peaceful the subforum has been the last two weeks? No more trolling threads started? It's like a breath of fresh air.
