The Bucs injuries in 2021 largely torpedoed the Bucs SB run but if they had drafted for immediate impact players instead of developmental players, it might have been a different narrative.
Wirfs and Winfield were large contributors to the 2020 SB win. I don’t think the Bucs will forget that this time and will draft rookies that will help them win now.
Btw, that's what drove me nuts in the Pat's 2019 season. It was obvious to me that the dynasty was ending, and the biggest deficiency was at WR/TE but BB was too cheap to do anything serious about it. The rest of the team was SB caliber but on it's last leg as a unit.
