Bucs +4 dogs vs ATL

How?

also don’t rule out the injury last night affecting how teams that don’t HAVE to play starters approach this week.

TB12 either should play the whole game or not at all. I don't want his winning season streak to be snapped by getting pulled mid game and the Bucs end up losing. The QB that starts the game gets the win or loss, that's why Brady got the W when he had his ACL injury and not Cassel.

I agree that it should be all or nothing.

Seems like Bowles is committing to playing the starters but for how long is another question. That probably will depend on the flow of the game and the "judgment" of Bowles. I think Brady and Godwin play at least until Godwin gets 100-1000. I know, individual stats, but it matters to players (and fans). Brady is now unexpectedly within reach of 5000 but it would take a 390 yard game (which if BA were still the HC then Brady would probably have that by halftime). Ultimately I think Brady and the starters play until the game is in hand, or until the fourth quarter, which ever comes first.

Well Jensen need reps and the team doesn’t have depth at center so guys will play

Bucs back at practice today and the participation level is strong — Carlton Davis and Carl Nassib, who missed Sunday’s game, both practicing. Same for Jamel Dean, Tristan Wirfs. Didn’t see Donovan Smith or Vita Vea.

Todd Bowles says Kyle Trask has a good chance of dressing for Sunday’s game at Atlanta. He hasn’t played in a regular-season game in his two years in Tampa.

Among the Bucs starters who could use some rest Sunday: OLBs Joe Tryon-Shoyinka and Anthony Nelson, who have missed one snap, combined, in last three games. Makes sense for Bucs to elevate a practice-squad OLB, whether it's Charles Snowden, Hamilcar Rashed or Ifeadi Odenigbo.

Bucs receiver Mike Evans has been named NFC Offensive Player of the Week after catching three touchdowns and totaling 207 receiving yards in Sunday’s win over Carolina.

Ryan Jensen continues to practice with the Bucs offensive line today as well. Bowles had said he doesn't expect Jensen to be ready to play Sunday, but each day is progress as he comes back from a July knee injury.

So will we ever hear what the injury was?

I have no idea what kind of knee injury takes this long but doesn’t need reconstructive surgery.

If it's true that he didn't get surgery, and is still in a position to return, that would seem (IMO) to indicate MCL/PCL/Both.
