odd play, Steelers game- ripping the opponents shoe off & throwing it off the field

I mean who throws a shoe.


I would think Delay of game should have been called but the refs must have missed it.

Edit: actually after watching it I dont anything should have been called. the dudes shoe fell off and the player threw it to the sideline. There was some bad intentions with the throw but for a incident on a football field that is pretty minor had his aim been better maybe its worse. I think a fine might be coming but I dont mind not tossing a flag there.

It would suck if, for example, somebody did this to Welker.

I am guessing that BB is prepared even for that. Mandatory double-tying!

Ha ha, it's the SB and the Pats need a TD to seal the game. Welker gets the ball and only Kurt Coleman stands between him and daylight. Coleman dives for his ankle and pulls off Welker's shoe, only to discover... another shoe underneath.
