"Now that's just ridiculous": No Fun League bans dunks

Who makes these lousy goalposts? They deserve a fine and lifetime ban.
The goalposts are fine as long as nobody tries to play basketball with them.

Should just be a 15 yard penalty if you break the thing like Graham does. Otherwise who cares?

So using your logic, drunk drivers should only be penalized if they hurt someone. Dunking is stupid and silly and not a part of the game the only thing it does is screw up the goal posts...good riddance

That's a little to much, common they just got a touchdown let them have a little fun.

Yes dunking a football on a goalpost = driving drunk, huge take man

You're right, touchdowns have become very common the last few years especially. But they can have fun afterward without aping basketball.

Great, now all we're going to be left with is finger-rolls and white dudes shooting 3's.

Right. Because black dudes are lousy at shooting 3s.

So are layups ok?
Absolutely not. Neither are free throws. No swinging of air baseball bats, no kicking of imaginary soccer balls. Only football-related displays of jubilation. Period.

What's the penalty going to be? 15 yards?

45 million a year just doesn't get the rule changes it used to, eh?

I could give a good shyt either way...how about a clarification of the pass interference/ illegal contact rules...oh wait...that would be paying attention to an actual segment of game play.

Cant wait til Jimbo dunks one in a blowout and bends the goalpost on purpose. Thatll really piss em off!

How about curling?

How about curling?
Yes, that is allowed (mostly because, as a season ticket holder, I'd like to see someone try it). Also under competition committee consideration for the approved list of celebratory sports mimicry are skydiving and jai alai.

The NFL has passed what surely will be known as the Jimmy Graham rule. And Graham plans to break it.

Repeatedly.

“I guess I’ll have to lead the NFL in penalties next year!” Graham said on Twitter after the NFL passed a rule banning the goal post dunk. Graham’s tweet was accompanied by an image of Graham dunking over an official.

I like how the gif post didn't go through because of the censor.
