I HATE these subtle jabs about penalties.

Collinsworth just has to mention when the patriots have only been called for X amount of penalties or when the team playing against KC has only been called for 2 penalties.

Like penalties have to be equal or someone is being cheated. How about congratulating a team for playing disciplined.
