Eh that's okayRefs ****ed the Packers hard....no pun intended....
Its just so momentum doesn't cost you 2 points. Now that I re-read I forgot to add its the same thing on an INT too. Obviously you don't see it often or ever on punts because the rule of thumb for the returner is plant your heals on the 10 and don't ever run back to catch it.
you just make us look bad.
Rodgers is great. even brady had some down years in the playoffs. what are you gonna say if rodgers go on a roll and get to the SB again?
i understand that jealousy/hate/whatever, but take the high road and just focus on our team.
right now brady/rodgers/julio jones are clear cut mvp leaders. it's only week 3.
I have no idea what Rodgers thinks and couldn't care less. I think this topic has a lot more to do with fans, and fans are full of **** on this topic: we all get excited when Brady breaks a record, but when someone else does "SELFISH PRICK." It's so insecure. What's wrong with Rodgers being great? Brady's been great for 10+ years and has 4 rings. Chill out lol no one's knocking him off Mt. GOAT anytime soon. It just makes Patriots fans seem petulant and flagrantly douchey when they constantly have to knock down any QB who might threaten the sole greatness of TB12.
And btw, there are exceptions obviously, such as a QB who rehearses his record-breaking celebration weeks in advance. That kind of QB you can safely assume cares too much about records.
Kansas City found its rhythm....three quarters too late
I'd argue that backpedaling isn't momentum. That rule was for defenders who'd intercept the ball at full speed at the 3 yard line, and their momentum carries them into the end zone.
That should have either been a safety, or forward progress stopped at the 1 yard line. That was the wrong call. It wasn't "momentum". If he were on the 20, caught it over his shoulder at the 1 and took it into the end zone, that's "momentum".
Perfectly worded. Any fan on this board that pretends to not love when brady piles up the stats or when we run up the score on someone is flatout lying. But if anyone else does it.....
That simply isn't the rule, so it was the correct call. We can disagree with the rule but not the call.
I wonder if the GB forums gets as angry when they give up 14 points in the 4th quarter when up by 24 as some people on Patsfans do?
