Seeing Watson back on the field makes me rethink whetherr I want to continue supporting this sport: it really does. We root for the team, I suppose, but the team is made up of individual human beings (some more fully human than others), so in the end we root for individuals. I can't root for the likes of Watson: I don't see how any decent person can, certainly nobody I want to be associated with as a fellow fan.
