I thought we were Strong at DE I hated when we put Trey Flowers on IR last year.
Kearse is 310 lbs so he is a DE in name only. Really a DT.

Good, that's better than pronouncing it: CUrse.Supposedly his name is pronounced KEErse.
From what I've read, it's front loaded so the Bills couldn't match. Smart move if they really like him. I think he could see a nice numbers increase in this offense. Further, that makes me believe my theory even more than the team is going to dangle him as an Amendola replacement unless Amendola restructures.
Streater and Starks info?
does anyone know if he is still visiting the Jets?
That's who the scouting department wanted. Alas, not to be.

Will the Kearse signing reignite the Chandler Jones trade rumours for Floyd.. ***Shudders***
Hicks is a DT, I thought.
Kearse is 6'5" 310
Why do you keep making this comparison of Hogan to Amendola?
Hogan is 6'1 and 221lbs. He's, essentially, a quicker version of David Givens, but with more versatility.
Amendola is 5'10 4/8 and 185 lbs. Amendola's can play both inside and out, though is primarily in the slot.
Hogan. imho, is a LaFell replacement.
So go root for the Dolphins or Jags, who have won free agency lately
LOLLLLL
Interesting exchange between Rapoport and Mary Kay Cabot:
So, ownership overrules football ops, and football ops ends up paying the price (Right, Mr. Pettine?). Cleveland Browns gonna Cleveland Brown.
The plus here is that Hogan has the size, strength and frame to box out a defender on a slant/crosser/etc. I feel like it was too easy for a defender to swallow Amendola up at times last year and break up the play.Hogan has the size of Lafell but his skillset is similar to Amendola's. Watch the two play. Hogan's specialty is getting open quickly on quick slants, hitches, crossing patterns, screens, etc. That's his bread and butter. It's also what we were missing down the stretch in 2015 when he and Edelman got hurt. That means that he's capable of giving the team what Amendola gives them. So, yes, he can line up at the X if needed but he's also a redundancy in the event that Amendola gets hurt or the team cuts ties with him.
