That’s what’s going on. We didn’t hit on top talent in FA. Is it intentional? Did they make a conscious decision to not pay top dollar knowing the QB they probably draft…is going to sit for all or the majority of the season.

resigning Onwenu, Henry, Bourne, Uche, Jennings and Dugger eliminated half that total.
