Something of Note:
There were actually 7 items that Berman mentioned in over-turning Goodell, not 3. Berman made it a point to mention 4 specific items for the No Notice, including one covering the Conduct Detrimental issue.

I think that it's hilarious that Goodell wants to use legal precedent to justify his actions, yet there is clear legal precedent that says his actions bordered on misconduct and could be construed as the one detrimental to the integrity of the league.

I think it SUCKS that they can't argue the "EVIDENCE" because it's clear that the league's penalty of Brady was not based on anything factual. I know that Berman hammered them on this, but it was more of a "You should be ashamed of yourself" act since he couldn't legally question that.

Pretty sure that the league is misrepresenting what Berman said regarding Pash. Or maybe it's just me misunderstanding the legalese. Berman said that the league should have made Pash available. Isn't that different than "compelling" Pash to testify at Brady's appeal?

The league is trying to change the definition of what "notice" is. They've failed on this both in the Ray Rice and the Adrian Peterson debacle's. They were also over-ruled with Greg Hardy. I think that it will be pretty simple for Brady's Dream team to point to hammer home that legal precedent of "NOTICE" is that the specific actions and specific penalties have to be qualified ahead of time. That you just can't make them up as you go..

I really hope that Brady files a Defamation suit against the league. Especially since they continue to slander him by saying he was involved in a deliberate scheme to deflate game balls during an important play-off game and that he made a conscious effort to destroy the evidence of his wrong-doing..

Kraft can "ask" for Goodell's resignation, that doesn't mean he'll get it.. Kraft would need 22 or 24 owners ALSO demanding Goodell's resignation for him to have to give it.. Otherwise, they are stuck with him.
