Yes. I am not impressed with Brady's lawyer today.

It's impossible to know from tweets what is actually going on in the courtroom. We have almost no context. Let's reserve judgment until we have a full transcript or the Court releases audio.

We have to understand how people read into things, just like the media, and the haters, he sees the fact that footballs were deflated and thinks it had to be the cause of wrongdoing. I'm surprised the lawyers didn't bring up the IGL or the fact Colt's footballs were deflated as well. Also just like the media, they went all Stephen A Smiff and focused on, "Oh my God he destroyed his phone", without a good rebuttal by Kessler. Kinda pissed at Brady's lawyers. Though we may only be getting the highlights (or lowlights).

I know it's early, but I'm still nervous, don't like some of the comments they made. And you know if they overturn Bermans decision it will be "see he was guilty all along". Not that this is just about the process....although they were quick to point out that Brady winning first round was only about the process not that he was innocent. Man I can't wait for this to be over. I shouldn't care too much about this crap but I do!

NY State and Federal Judiciary is generally incompetent, corrupt and/or nutty. Berman may have simply been a pleasant surprise.
