On the OPI/DPI the scenario I haven't heard a lot about is the pick play and by extension blocking downfield more than one yard before the ball is delivered. These happen on every play as well.

If I'm a coach and a team hits a screen pass for a big play I'm dropping the flag and saying to the ref the guard was 5 yards down field blocking the safety before the QB threw the ball and this is an OPI.

I'm sure Bill would have thrown one on the pick play KC had in the AFCCG.
