My unexpected feelings about Newton.

Cool so keep Stidham around as our preseason QB for our preseason Super Bowl - then use a QB that is good enough to play in the regular season cause he isn't.

Face it, dude, you and others will bash whoever the next QB is to replace Brady. You know Newton is a band aid like I do during a pandemic. The fact is, BB will find his QB, groom him like he groomed Brady, Cassel or JimmyG, and you'll be completely mortified (I hope) that you think you know more and are better than BB in diagnosing the next QB for the team.

The guy above literally thinks Newton can improve as a 10 year vet in a system that is way, way, way above his paygrade. I simply disagree. Fit is important in any organization, regardless of how many times BB and or McDoofus tells us how late he worked last night.

Stidham isn't very good. That's not bashing, that's the truth. If they found a good QB or a QB with lots of upside to replace Brady he would have my full support. That guy is not on the roster and it sure ain't Stiddy boy. Forgettable QB who will be out of the league before long.

He hasn't played a full game yet. He hasn't had any gameplan or time with the 1s outside of his practice last December, or do you want to pretend BB paid the defenders to offer up public encouragement? lmao

And, you'd need to tell that to the guy who recommended Stidham to BB, because he recommended Russell Wilson to Carroll, too.

We don't know if he's good, because he hasn't played a full game before. Get it? Did you say this about Brady entering 2001, too? I bet ya didn't.

Stidham is a soon to be 25 year old QB who has shown no progression or improvement from year to year. He is not a prospect.
