Media trots out all the excuses for Mahomes. Little ***** had a whole ass playoff run handed to him on a silver platter earlier this year. The least that should come his way is a few dropped balls on difficult catches.

Announcers still in disbelief and full of coulda, shoulda.

Hard to make that catch while getting drilled in the back before touching the ball
I’m referring to the entire game.

Valdez Scantlin should just walk home tonight sucks being him.

Worth noting that the Chiefs showed Juju the door despite being productive for them and a contributor to their SB run last year. Leaving them with no WRs.

A good GM would have seen that as a massive red flag but well you know. Hopefully those days are ending soon and with the Pats cratering for a year or two they will be in prime position for a real rebuild with the new regime.

Chiefs banked on the fact their WRs would improve over the course of the season and they'd get away with this group but it feels like they're going to have a potential Reche Caldwell AFCCG moment end their season.

I still think they'll be right there in the final few minutes of the AFCCG or Super Bowl but probably just fall a little short, history with the Patriots tells you when you have a glaring flaw like this keep popping up during the season but you're still winning enough you think you can get away with it but it comes back and bites you right at the end.

Who was the clown that said one of the chiefs losses has an asterisk because they were missing a player. I’d like to admire them for being a great team but not with that kind of over the top ball washing. No way.

The key to Hurts’ success is his maturity. Sure he’s got great athleticism but so do a lot of guys, plenty have more than him, but that guy is a real leader.

Mediocre Mac, not so much to say the least.

Bryce Young looks terrible so far but I like that about him too.

It‘s what gives me great concern about a Caleb Williams, far more than Williams’ height. If he can handle things like Hurts though, he’s got a chance to be quite good.

They have a top 3 TE of all time, a top 3 OL in the league, and a top 3 offensive coach of all time. No excuses. He's not entitled to All-Pros at every position. Nor any valid comparison to the 2006 Patriots for that matter.

Prime Brady would have turned a couple other guys on that offense into an Amendola, Hogan, Givens, Edelman, Patten, etc. Mahomes cannot do that. Remember he walked into the league with Hill (now a top 10 WR of all time, IMO) and Kelce (top 3 TE of all time).

And butter fingers a ring.

Who the hell is the league MVP right now? Theres no clear cut leader at all.

I would take him as the best leader among the QBs. He showed what he is made of in college and how he came back from being benched in a championship game his team went on to win.

Very few would have done what he did after that.
