LOL: Irsay’s goal is to win 3 Super Bowls in a row

90s Bills "Missing Dynasty" as well

perhpas 70s Vikings qualify
You could argue the 2005-2013 Patriots are a missing dynasty

Imagine being a Lakers fan during that period? Must have been torture

It's always funny to me when LA Lakers fans try to discredit the 60's Celtics as ancient history and meaningless... and then turn around and claim 16 titles... uhhh 5 of those titles were won before the Celtics even won one.. and they were won in Minneapolis.

Fk LA fans across the board.

I'm incredibly bias but I'm not sure there is a NBA Finals better than the one in 1984.

hey jim...a more realistic goal might be staying sober for 3 days in a row.

Did you miss the early 2000s New Jersey Nets? That team redefined excitement and showtime. Especially matched up against the Spurs.

It will always seem strange that arguably the greatest dynasty in sports history had a ten year title drought and blew the biggest opportunity in league history in 07. Oh well...wouldn’t change anything for the world. Six rings.

By my count, 10 teams have gotten past the conference championship round since 2011.

Therefore for 22 nfl teams, over the course of 8 years, their best season is equal to or lesser than our worst season over the course of those 8 years.

...and the Shaq/Kobe LAL.

If his goal is for his team to win 3 Lombardi’s in a row he will have to get Kraft to sell him the Patriots.

Good goal to have I suppose but if you’re focused on winning 3 you’re never going to win one. That’s just looking to far ahead

I’m a nets fan. A shame that series didn’t go 7

Certainly there's the causal aspect to consider, but there's also the obvious stepwise issue. You have to win 1 in a row first.

I thought that this was the bottom of the barrel for this horrible, sad sack, laughing stock franchise. I was wrong.

:D Defeated by your world-champion daddy, Irsay

How did this thread turn into basketball? Sheesh, the draft can't come soon enough

That entire Game 7 is in YouTube. If that is Russell at 34 I can't imagine what he was like at 24.

I'll definitely have to check it out.

BTW, I have been watching a lot of YouTube on my smart TV...there's a lot of Patriots porn on there! So much that I just let it auto-play them consecutively whilst falling asleep....

When did the Patriots hire Irsay?
