Legal question for lawyers on board

I have a legal question for you guys...

now suppose a guy walks up to Goodell and smashes him right in the face full force with a baseball bat...and the shytbird's head starts to swell like a balloon...would it be considered an assault if that guy then took an ice pick and rammed it into his skull twenty or thirty times...you know, to relieve the pressure from the swelling of the brain?

call it a skull tracheotomy....that wouldn't be an assault it'd be a life saving procedure , right?

I mean, just sayin'.....
Sounds like self defense to me.

Again, how have no Patriots fans been in touch with Anonymous? Them hacking the NFL would be amazing, I can't believe it hasn't been done yet.

Whats even more surprising is that we have some of the smartest minds in the world here in Boston, and yet... none have tried (as far as I know) to hack Goodell's emails/texts. I truly thought someone would have hacked into his phone months ago. I would in a heartbeat if I knew how, unfortunately I'm only a software dev and hacking is a whole different animal.

I'd like to see some rich guy buy a bunch of drones and pack 'em with dogshyt.

Then fly squadrons of these ****ers into the 354 Park Avenue windows....shyt all over the glass... ten , twenty stories up. Let's see the NY media morons ignore THAT.

They'd probably consider business as usual (originating from the inside).

I've been suggesting this for over a year now. I mean, not suggesting that someone actually do it, because that would be illegal, morally reprehensible, and all that. But suggesting that it is quite surprising that some Pats fan with those skills hasn't done this yet, given how upset people are. Not just to Goodell's personal phone and accounts, but to the NFL in general. It is quite amazing. Not that it should be done. That would be illegal, morally reprehensible, and all that.
