Wasn't this rhetoric supposed to stop, like, five weeks ago, when Kraft accepted the over the top punishments?

Would be nice if someone could ask Bob Kraft that one.

He should respect the "Fans of New England" and answer that question.

On one hand, there was part of me that wanted to extend Kraft the benefit of the doubt, at least enough to assume that he was just being really stupid in thinking that capitulating would stop the rhetoric.

But I can't even give him that, because Spygate was just 7 years ago. He's already gone through it, and he knows exactly how little capitulating does in terms of keeping the pitchfork crowd at bay. It accomplishes nothing, if anything it's just more fuel for the fire.

I think the other owners have stopped talking about it.

His speech said it all. He did it to make nice with the other owners and fans of other teams.

Unfortunately, that's all that counts to Bob Kraft these days.

And I used to be one of his most loyal backers here.

Can I assume sanders faking the injury has been posted a half dozen times?

Sanders' last 2 games against the Patriots

Patriots 43, Broncos 21
Patriots 55, Steelers 31

Plus, I'm sure someone's posted it, but Sanders has been fined for cheating/faking an injury with the Steelers. And currently plays for an organization who cheated the salary cap twice. Even the team who drafted him won a bunch of SuperBowls on steroids. The hypocrisy never ends.

Slot-type guy with Peyton "Concussion Ball" Manning? He has 2 years of relevance.

He's also gotta be kind of bitter that a year after the Pats signed him to an offer sheet they passed on him in free agency to sign LaFell and re-sign Edelman.

Sanders is just a little butt hurt and jealous because this could have been him

and he is stuck with a guy that gets him laid out like this

Just noticed. Was that a freaking TRIPLE team on LaFell on the DA TD? Holy Jesus lol.

How about the normally reserved Mike Reiss' snarky remark this morning in his Sunday notes:

http://espn.go.com/blog/new-england...ith-darrelle-revis-again-before-training-camp

Anyone else find it ironic that Broncos receiver Emmanuel Sanders told a group of Denver-area kids (via Colorado’s 9 News) that the Patriots shouldn’t be Super Bowl champions because of the NFL’s investigation into their underinflated footballs? Sanders’ message was that “cheating” shouldn’t come without consequences. No word on if Sanders continued the discussion to include the time in 2012 in which he was fined $50,000 by the NFL for faking an injury.

Too funny

At least a double team, but either way it's a work or art by both him and Brady.

lol. Yeah looked like to me either he ran into it or they dropped three on the slant. At least initially. I was talking about the Amendola TD though. Lafells TD was a dart that only Peyton Manning could have...oh wait...

Ok, duh, I see it now. All the initials had me confused.
