Is this serious? Why would anyone come out and say "Yep i'm guilty"? That completely kills any argument the lawyer would make to get it thrown out. Because Kraft's group of lawyers will have microscopes for any technicality. I mean everyone is assuming that the cops did everything proper and to the T and maybe they did but maybe in a big case like there was improper procedures

He should have said that he is cooperating with law enforcement and nothing else will be said for the time being. Now he’s going to look like a moron for saying he did nothing, unless he’s being honest. If he did something wrong, and he knows if he did or not, then he is going to be found guilty - the cops supposedly have the video evidence. He shouldn't outright deny that nothing happened unless he is speaking the truth.

Because the consequences Kraft will receive in the court of public opinion are far, far greater than the consequences he will receive in the court of law.
