I love the Koch brothers. As a headhunter in the chemical industry, nothing is as easy as plucking their engineers who hate working for Georgia-Pacific, Flint Hills, and Invista. Their father was heavily influenced by seeing communism first hand, which led to a strong political activism for small government.
