This is nuts.
Cleveland Browns now have third best odds to win AFC Championship
Gotta cash in on the bandwagon profits.
They do look good though.
Nfl network radio is acting as if the Browns have knocked off NE as AFC favorites.
“Nobody believes in us” 2019 Campaign... activated!
Courtesy of your pathetic Jete, get ready for more ...
Sorry, a friend of mine plays on this track, you can't have it.
Well let's describe Bell's state of mind shall we... (great live version)
Well, don't count your team short... you've earned a plaque:
Offseason isn't over yet.
You've got it all wrong. THIS is what you'll see when Leveon Belch arrives at training camp:
I’ll be ready with a fresh plaque.
Welp, since we just won the super bowl and everybody immediately sold us short... sigh... when will they ever learn...
I hope the Jete do not decide to go Ghost hunting this F.A. season.
Sooo...which is it?
But the Jete use crayon.
The New York Jets have agreed to spend a lot of money on the wrong players
Even Washington newspapers can't resist printing a "Jets Suck" article.
The article points out it isn't a good idea to spend big on a running back (in general), nor a interior linebacker who isn't a good pass rusher, or a WR that isn't even going to be the #1 on your team.
Then, the inconvenient truth:
Robert Mays said on the Ringer NFL Show yesterday that Maccagnon was spending like a GM trying to keep his job instead of making the team better, and he's right.
Someone needs to remind the morons running da Jete what the goal of all of this is again.
Yet Jete fans are such morons they're applauding these moves.
The reality is the players they just spent big money on aren't going to improve the team much.
Jet-sam Darnold is going to be getting chased down and find himself on his ass a lot next year. Bell will be running behind the Jets O-line not PIT's. Teams will be able to run it down the gut of the Jets D. Crack head Williams might make for some good off the field fodder but his over-agressive D gets burned a lot.
In short, da Jete are in the same old cycle yet again. Tank a few years, blow up the cap by gettting some expensive "name" free agents at all the wrong positions, have a mediocre season or two, fire the GM, tank again.
I was convinced a long time ago that Woody Johnson's intention is to fill stadium seats by announcing splashy signings during the off-season, perpetually propping up fan hopes. It's never about building a winner for that organization, just selling tickets. The best time to be a Jete fan always is the off-season.
Woody has had a lot of help with that from former Jete Rodger Goodell. It's all a part of The Woody & Goody Show.
Meanwhile, the Pats just keep on winning. That's all a part of The Brady & Belichick Show.
I wanted to sign in here at 4pm yesterday, but in the words of Carl Spackler, I was unavoidably detained...but better late than never, so Happy New (Official League) Year! Smell you later, 2018 J-E-T-E, and step on up 2019 J-E-T-E and get ready to continue the suck that is now into its 2nd half-century. Congratulations!
Jete fans like jf79 have a lot to do with the 51 years of super suckage, they buy into the bs. They're like zombies that mindlessly consume the line coming out of the front office. at the same time push the front office into makes rash decisions concerning players and coaches out of impatience. Its a vicious cycle that keeps the jest the jest. OR, it could be that the rats are just cursed, they sold thier collective souls to the devil to win one super bowl.
I'm sensing some...
