I was shocked and dismayed to find that this important thread had come to be buried on the second page of the messageboard.
But I've now come to see that it reflects a deep paradox.
The J-E-T-E have demonstrated how to suck for seventeen weeks (yes, they sucked during the bye week too), fired their coach for incompetence and failure, failed to fire their GM for incompetence and failure, and are now well on their way to setting up 2019 as another season of incompetence and failure, one which will doubtless be disgraced by further episodes of unprofessionalism and delinquency on the part of their players (see Post 1 of this thread for a staggering list of past transgressions).
The Pats, on the other hand, are working as hard as they can to prolong the 2018 season, as are seven other competent franchises.
So what season is it? What is there left to say about the J-E-T-E 2018 suckage when they have already got a head start in sucking in 2019?
