IIRC, the Jete players and fans were pretty upset about the sideline dance by Oakland's Marshawn Lynch earlier in the season. They must have forgotten about that when they were dancing on the field vs the Bills.

How funny is it that the Jete finally have a better team than the Giants (like most everyone else) and the hottest advertisement out has a Jete kid hiding an ODB shirt under his bed. That must really suck, like the Jete.

The whole "tank a season for a high pick" theory is comical ANYWHERE.

To borrow from someone much wiser than me, you build a team, you don't collect talent. The obsession with 1 great man who will make everything perfect is like a chase for Brady, but at #1... Brady was pick 199, if I've got that right... you guys know the story (and so does everyone).

I guess they stopped saying "Tom Brady? System quarterback!" sometime along the way to 5 rings. As I always say, here's a scary thought: What if you guys were right?

I don't think that for a minute - he's the GOAT. But what if you can only raise the GOAT on the BB-coached Patriots?

I'll be watching the guys ditch the bandwagon when TFB finally decides he wants a steak not another avocado smoothie and hangs 'em up. I'll be looking forward to the answer - how much is it ONE UNIQUE SPECIMEN that made the greatest dynasty in NFL history... and how much was it the culture and coaching?

Either way, I don't get the obsession with the first pick, unless you dig participation banners like Indy.

this is a peculiar and particularly unique season of suck for the Jete. Seems they decided to eschew the usual flat out out suck for the dangling carrot/jackass strategem, making the rock stupid fanbase actually believe they could really win for half a season...before the truth oozed out of the green sewer.

really funny, especially with the JETE "needing to tank" for the #1 pick. They've sniffed just enough competence in this season to prevent the deluded goal of "one pick fixes everything."

So I suppose my amusement at the "one pick" theory must be off, if you think about it, because then they would NOT suck less because they didn't suck... and as we know, JETE suckage is the measure of all things

They need to put the date and score of every game w the pats since 2001 on signs at the side of the highway, evenly spaced - and add both team’s postseason score as you make your final approach from NY to Foxborough, so JETE fans arrive in the proper frame of mind.

The Jetes suck, that's like saying the sun rises in the east...

...but I could have made a boatload of money here in Manhattan getting odds on the tanking Jets ending this season with a better W-L record than the Super-Bowl-bound-Giants! I probably could have gotten at least 100--1, maybe a lot higher. Let's see...for a $100 bet that would have been ten large...problem would have been getting someone to hold the money...
