So the Jets will essentially have two different teams.
Offense Gase
Defense Williams
Offense reports only to Gase
Defense to Williams
So instead of BB helping everyone
Each of these coaches work solely on what they are known for.

Rhule and Mccarthy turned down head coaching jobs because they didnt want Williams and Gase handpicked as Coordinators.
They decided to make Gase the head coach of offense and Williams head coach on defense.
Thoughts.

Innovation is a slippery term similar to accelerating.

I realize the divide so I’ll tell it. Acceleration is equivalent to a change in motion weather slowing or speeding from a current rate.

You could innovate by tearing down or building

All these terms conflict diametrically in several ways to the name jete

Google Ron Erhardt and Hank Bullough for Patriots in Miami. Fail

It is an invitation for chaos.

In a system that is completely trained on hierarchy, to suddenly throw shared leadership at them is asking for chaos. I can't think of a culture anywhere in the world that is less prepared for shared leadership than professional football.

Just when you thought the Jets couldn't get more entertaining. Wow.

Innovation... it's how we do.

Chris, a suggestion: in recent days you've started multiple New Jersey Jete threads. You might want to think going forward of posting Jete news in the Jets Suck thread. Lots of good discussion there and you can avoid redundancy.

And, not to leave out special teams ...

What do you think Belichick would be offered by some team if he were a "free agent" head coach candidate tomorrow?

I seriously think some team would offer him $20+ million a year easy to come save their sorry franchise

You always hear, and it's true success starts from the top, the jetes owner is an idiot, as long as he owns the franchise theyll never have sustained success.
