Jaguars Jalen Ramsey asks for trade..

Looks like it'll be one of KC/PHI/SEA getting him according to the rumour mill.
+150 odds for KC. I think it will be them. Lets hope AB stays eligible.

It doesn't matter how much he loves it here, the dude is going to get paid.

A person doesn't show up to training camp in a Brinks truck, then become inexpensive two years later because he really loves his new team.

So no, a 1st round pick for a player we have next to no chance of re-signing isn't the easy part, unless you're absolutely certain you can flip him like we did Cooks next season.
sign the beast

Wherever he lands he will bolster the secondary corp immediately. I hope it will not be KC.

Agreed. If we lose AB and/or Gordon and they gain Ramsey, the landscape shifts.

This is what I've said consistently. But I got shredded for saying it. Top to bottom they are better with him than the Pats (Assuming that AB or Gordon are out).

This could swing the entire outcome of the season. Ridiculous

McCourtys are 32. Might as well trade for him and let him get reps in not just for this year, but the coming seasons. Unless the McCourtys plan on shunning Father Time as well.

Are you suggesting it's ridiculous to think Ramsey on the Chiefs changes the entire AFC landscape? Because it changes everything with him there.

I thought your take was reasonable. If AB AND Josh go away it gets interesting.

I think the NEP D is better than 2018 and I'd like to think the running game is the same (TBD) but JE, PD, Henry and Meyers is not scary.

Fast forward to January with a fully operational Death Star.

JE, AB, Josh, PD and maybe Henry vs Breeland, Ward, Fuller,Honey and Thornhill is a mismatch.

I'm guessing they'd put Ward on Josh as he operates best out of the slot and that is what Ward does well and he's their biggest CB. Adv Josh
Breeland on AB. AB
Fuller on JE- We've seen that movie.
PD and Harry will run around vs safeties.

KC really needs Ramsey- badly.

It does change a lot.. for them. With Ramsey, we still have a better secondary and overall defense, we just may not drop 50 on them this season.

Yes. Right now our defense is better. But they can match up much better if they get him. Ramsey would cover Gordon. He's one of the best cb's in man coverage. JE gets doubled.

They have the better offense though. Again, assuming AB or Gordon are out.

If Ramsey goes to KC i hope AB and Gordon stick the whole year. Need as many targets on the field. I still think our secondary is better overall. After Ramsey their corners are not all that.

With Flash and AB our offense is better.

Yes if both are here. The odds of them both making it to January aren't great. At least going by history.

Again, the Pats can still beat the Chiefs without one of the two. I'm just saying it'll be much tougher.

Getting home field advantage is important.

Not sure if Ramsey was covering him but in his last 3 games vs Pitt (2 games in 2017 and 1 in 2018) AB has gone off each game.
