Any team who signs or trades for a player who 1. Holds out of their signed and agreed upon contract 2. Requests to be traded or 3. Creates a situation, according to a independent arbitration group, through social media or otherwise which instigates conduct detrimental to the team...must give a first round pick to the original team.

That's inane and will never find it's way into negotiations between the NFL and the NFLPA.

It's not a league problem, it's a Jacksonville problem. They loved his obnoxious attitude when it was directed at other teams - now that it's directed at them they are getting what they bought. Besides, some sucker organization will overpay to get him and the Jaguars will move on.
