Will read the thread, but initial thoughts are that Jags gotta score around 20 to have a chance of winning. Their D matches up well against the Steelers but they obviously need a better offensive performance than last week against a slightly above average Bills D.
If the Jags get a defensive touchdown like a 'Fumble And Return Touchdown' (FART) or a 'Touchdown And INTerception' (TAINT, also known as a pick-six) then their chances of winning are gonna go way up.

Bortles needs to protect the ball if he gives the Jags a 200 yd +, 2 TD 0 INT effort they're more than capable of beating PIT. That's a big if since Bortles stinks.
For those that haven't discovered it, the Pro Football Reference "Play Index Search Tools" are a treasure-trove of obscure stuff like this. Be careful or you might lose a whole afternoon in there. Like RedZone it should be called "The Divorce Maker".

He was clearly playing scared and without confidence this week. I was at that game. He missed a couple of easy throws early on and didn’t even look interested in trying on those same throws (even though his receivers were open) later on. He’s in his own head.
JAX didnt look good last week. That's the only game I've watched them play. I assume they're better than that since they beat PIT pretty easily on the road this year.

Bortles was 8 of 14 and the jags offense really wasn’t good in that game outside of a 90 yard run in garbage time. Defense is legit though. But isn’t as good on the road

That’s exactly how they beat Pitt this year: they had 5 interceptions that game, two of them pick-6s. They sacked Ben a lot, and completely shut Pittsburgh’s Offense down. They beat the **** out of Pitt to be frank.
The Jaguars are going to win this game. Jags to the AFCCG and good riddance to the Squealers.

Below is one of my favorite lists on PFR. I had to make a copy of it and give it to a bartender who asked the question "who after Brady and Aaron Rodgers is the best QB."
When I saw him next I handed him the list that pointed out that Rodgers is just ahead of Matt Schaub in 4th quarter comebacks, tied with Ryan Tannehill and just behind Cam Newton and Derek Carr.
I also had to let the poor guy know that of Rodgers' 12 4QC's in his entire career, only one came against a team with a winning record and that was after the Dez Bryant TD catch was called a no catch in the playoffs a few years back.
It is going to be ice cold day in Pittsburgh, that does not bode well for the Jaguars. Besides, Bortles in his first PO road game... think he will be the difference maker for the Steelers.
I think it's obvious most people haven't watched this team for more than a time or two. They're exactly built to go up and win in Pittsburgh. It all depends on whether or not Bortles is going to be Pittsburgh's MVP.

Defensively, there is no question they will lock down the Steelers and beat Ben up in the pocket. Offensively, they're going to have to hope that Bortles doesn't turtle like he did last week. He was clearly afraid of even trying to make some throws and instead settled for making plays with his legs. That won't work against the Steelers.
