In his defense, he did mean to say: I would have Tom Brady punt the ball.

You know, I've always liked the Colts (except when I hated them). I respect their team. I like the way they go about doing things. I even admire and respect Manning.

But I've never ever cared for the sanctimonious ass that is Tony Dungy.

Tony Dungy remembered, but he knows the nature of the rivalry that exists between the Colts and the Patriots, so he tried to play it off.
