When you look at Winovich’s pressures in college it’s easily reminds me of Flowers. Both fell under the radar during the draft. I think Flowers was number 2 in the nation in his last year.

Not a big fan of a lot of their stuff either but I am starting to come around on qb pressure stats. Think we’ve spent too much time giving credit to sacks when some go in there and flush the qb out doing the dirty work while others reap the benefits.

It's a good read, a few posters said Wino is already a multiple pro bowler candidate while others say if the Jets drafted him he would have been a bust.

How has his college mate Rashan Gary looked?

32 snaps against Houston and 34 snaps against Ratbirds for a Combined total of 0 tackles and 0 sacks.

So far so good.

Like Harris vs Jacobs, Harry vs DK Metcalf, Winovich vs Gary will be interesting to watch as I read as well Winovich was a better prospect than Gary.

Winovich will have to have a counter in mind as tackles will catch on to his super fast get off at the LOS. However, he’s going to be a pest for QB’s seeing him speed rushing around tackles and making them throw it faster than they want to.
