Incognito released

At this point, with his emotional and physical issues, I think it's reasonable to ask whether the "right thing" for any team to do regarding Incognito would be to let him quietly retire, whatever he might or might not be able to add to their team.

We need a crazy on the line. Just a guy you don’t want to mess with
No we need smart, versatility & toughness. We have all of them but I understand & agree you need a lil crazy on ur team.

This guy is a joke though & has been trouble everywhere he's been. He also wouldn't beat out Shaq.

He’s hitting people with tennis balls?

HAHAHAHAH
Dude thinks the govt is watching him workout. Telling random people to call the feds. He's crazy, taken too many hits & was already an *******.

He's funny on PMT.

Not making light of INcognito's mental health issues but every time I hear him say something outrageous, this goes thru my mind.........

Sign the beast?

Well, IMHO, Incognito is, at this point, so toxic that he might infect others who come within 10 feet of him. Sort of like a "Typhoid Mary" of mental disorders.

Personally, if there was a sure-fire way to control his behaviour, I'd be happy to see him signed. A controlled crazy on the line could be very effective, especially when a mad genius like Coach Belichick is holding the control box.

These guys take way too many hits to the head and if he's starting with a mental illness to begin with (which despite this thread is no joke) he could just be full on psycho now.

I bet if you looked at a brain scan of him it would be an absolute mess.

I sorta like Richie. He's actually a pretty intelligent well spoken guy (when he wants to be). He's a very good run blocking guard in just about any scheme. A tribute to his athleticism. And he's probably got another year or two left in the tank. Thing is while everybody loves them some nasty on an O-line there's a difference between nasty and flat out crazy. The risk is always him going off the deep end. Who his linemates are is important in keeping him under control. With the Bills he bonded with Eric Wood who was a good moderating influence (look at what happened in Miami when Ritchie was allowed to set the tone). Not sure how he would fit in here.
