exactly. im more concerned about the day Belichick and Pioli are not around to pick personnel than the day Belichick the coach leaves, although that in no way says im not dreading that day. Its just that i think this has a chance of continuing post Belichick, ala Bill Walsh leaving as coach, if Belichick stays to run the team with a Mangini type as coach.
