Human brains are remarkable things. I've only had one, but from what I have seen, they are highly variable. A pudding of chemicals, wiring, and electricity. The purely theoretical idea of "free will" that we hold dear to our hearts may be entirely a mirage. It will be a long time before we know, if ever.
We have no idea what this guy has to do to control himself every day. He may be putting more effort into it than most of us, but with bigger challenges. Or, not. There's no way to know.
