Can I give you reason for optimism and less skepticism? The past 5 season our issues were QB and coaching. We've got the QB position right, and got a HC and staff back in NE that has championship pedigree. The team addresses the biggest need at LT, added depth to the OL and depth to other areas of the team. This is a playoff team. Vrabel has been preaching winning the division is the first goal and the players have developed this mentality.
Fair enough. The prospect of our getting into the playoffs I think is somewhere near the rim of the bell curve, but it's there. It hasn't been on the curve at all for some time. I'm ready to be happily surprised, but given work still to be done on the roster and the precarious state of roster depth, it will be a surprise to me, if it happens.

Agreed there. Alot of things factor in positively for us this year. For 1 the schedule isn't as daunting... the order of business is take care of your division opponents first and foremost. Splitting with Buffalo is likely.. sweep the Jets and possibly sweeping the dolphins as well. That gives us a great division record. We were 10-7 in 2021 with Mac Jones at QB.

Training camp is where the roster comes together.. the competition will be fierce and that's exactly what you want from this team under Vrabel.
