One of the most consistent messages you hear from people who come to this organization is that everyone is held to the same standard. So either those people are lying or Gordon didn't break a team rule that results in a benching.

I read that he simply referred the question to Bill, as in “you’ll have to ask coach about that,” but I was just skimming through some of the linked articles, so I’m probably not providing enough details.
