If you look at the Problems Jones has had, the common theme has been alcohol. He can't handle it, he can't stop drinking; he's an alcoholic. Until he wants to get help, and voluntarily gets in to an alcohol abuse program, the problems are going to continue to follow him; it's just a matter of time. Five weeks in 'time-out' is not going to cure his dependency issues, which lead to the anti-social behavior.
