Not funny at all!! I don't find having emergency services tied up with bogus fire alarms amusing at all. Don't find people being displaced from hotel rooms at 3:00 am amusing in any way.
Those of you who find this so amusing would be the ones whining the loudest if this happened to the Patriots.
Grow up!

I'm glad that they seem to have caught the son of a ***** who did this, and I hope they string him up by the balls. Because of him, the Steelers have their built in excuse, and the rest of the country has added "and the fans cheat, too" to their **** talking.

As per NFLN Aditi Khikhabwala, steelers didnt have to evacuate and order was restored in a few mins but this is another thing mike tomlin will use as motivation as this is a resilient team.

If there is a team that is resilient it's the Pats. What this team had to go through over the last 15 years is incredible and I think Belichick has a better motivation for the Pats after this d*ck Tomlin called us a-holes.

Wah, Rhody! AKA Lighten up, Francis! Peddle the butthurt elsewhere!

Got to agree with Rhody, the Steelers weren't the only ones who were disrupted and tying up emergency services in prank calls is a terrible thing to do. I hope the a-hole who did it spends a year in jail for it.

Player created controversy, check. Opponent loses "a day and a half" due to mother nature, check. Flu rips through oppents locker room like a montage from Contagion, check. Fire alarm mysteriously goes off in Opponent's hotel the night before the game, check. Opponent's bus suspiciously breaks down in route to stadium for the win...

Every fan likely has been screaming the Pats win on their own - no cameras, no underinflated footballs and no violations of rules in play-calling. They are the best team.

This Celtic Pride style of fan activity does nothing to help the Pats (the premise of that movie was the Celtics could not win if the opposing star played so fan action was required in order to permit a Celtic win), and gives opposing teams a legitimate beef.

This isn't about PR (31 teams and their fans hate the Pats, so who cares?). It's about letting the team on the field beat the opposing team without advantage (and as much as it sounds like one referring to a child, the athletes need sleep to play their best on game day so this stupidity could affect the opposing team's product during the game).

BTW, it's a night game, so pulling a fire alarm at 3am does nothing to the Steelers. For the elderly guests of Jonah Blockenstein's Bar Mitzvah, it is a tougher deal.

That being said, pulling fire alarms should be considered a jailable crime and I hope all hotels have cameras over those things.
