Ya and if he did send one to where Lloyd was killed they did a horrible job by leaving the body there and also not getting rid of the rental car in his name.

Guess the home occupants were worried that the home surveillance system (predestruction) had a 1 mile zoom capability?

And a new report saying that Lloyd was SHOT at the Industrial Park. Kind of puts a damper on the idea that the House cleaners were just hired on Monday the way some reports implied.. Oh.. and that the shots were heard coming from Ahern's house..

Oh ya almost forgot that the gunshots were so loud that they apparently woke some neighbors up as it was 3AM but yet not loud enough for any of them to call the police to report they heard gunshots.

This makes no sense either. You hear gunshots but not calling the police.

Well, it depends.

If you blindly accept the media reports and say anyone who doesn't is a shill for the team then Aaron was arrested yesterday for definitely destroying the surveillance equipment and his cell phone but was also not arrested.

He then shot Lloyd in his house then also shot Lloyd a mile away without moving the body.

Then he called in a special murder scene clean-up crew Monday morning to clean his house where Lloyd was shot and neighbors could hear it but not clean the scene a mile away where Lloyd was definitely shot.

He then went to Gillette stadium where he was forcibly ejected by Patriots security after 35 minutes and banned from ever stepping foot on Patriot property for the rest of his life.

Or we know nothing of a certainty other than the facts that there is an investigation, search warrants have been served and Aaron Hernandez plays football for the NE patriots.

But only an idiot ******* Patriot shill would withhold judgement at this point.

Well, I'm withholding judgement, but I'm a bit uncomfortable with that label (at least the last part ). Anyway, nice summary.

The reports Ive seen says he was there an hour and then told to go home.
How is that throwing down a gauntlet? Do you throw down a gauntlet by saying leave, take an hour or so if you wish, buddy.

So you are saying you conclude he was the shooter?

Re-read my original statement. I stated that they threw down the gauntlet in the very act of asking him to leave. Why would they ask him to leave if they were going to stick by their "innocent until proven guilty" stance?

Already both reported AND disputed.

different report

report #1 by a radio station that a warrant had been issued
report #2 by the Globe assured that a warrant had not been issued
report #3 by ABC News and tweeted by Shefter is a warrant has been prepared

That the police have “prepared” the arrest warrant, rather than “issued” the arrest warrant, suggests that the radio report was sloppy in their terminology but correct in that Hernandez will be arrested, while the Globe report was 100% correct that the paperwork hasn’t actually been completed yet so that a signed paper has been served to anyone.

PP - the banning may be due to the CBA rules regarding their ability to appear at work at a team facility.

Hernandez would know that as well as any other players, yet he is the only one who has been banned.

Well, of course the media is going to focus on Hernandez, because he's very high profile. Not sure what is up with the girl disappearing. I think at worst, Hernandez was covering for her, but it is hard to ignore the bizarre behavior of Hernandez. Destroyed surveillance and smashed... errr... phones in pieces, and that run to Gillette stadium for no apparent reason. SOMETHING stinks here with Hernandez, and I don't think it is ALL false reports.

I get that people are holding out hope that this is all some funny mixup, and the media is just blowing the entire thing out of proportion.

The run to Gillette was to work out. Just like he did on Thursday.

As for the Surveillance System being "smashed" for all we know he got frustrated with it months ago and smashed it. We don't know. What IS interesting is that it wasn't mentioned Monday night or Tuesday after they'd been in the house on a couple of occasions.

And a new report saying that Lloyd was SHOT at the Industrial Park. Kind of puts a damper on the idea that the House cleaners were just hired on Monday the way some reports implied.. Oh.. and that the shots were heard coming from Ahern's house..

Only assumption is that all 4 were in AHs house 1st, then went to the murder scene OR they left the murder scene and had blood on their clothes and hands, started touching stuff and then got smart and cleaned up the place.

Just don't know.

According to my sources familiar with the Massachusetts' Police Departments thinking they will consider making an arrest warrant for Hernandez.

Yeah, THAT's not suspicious.

Also, what was that thing about him showing up at Gilette stadium all about? He forget his roll of deodorant?

My favorite topic du jour is that because the death occurred a mile away, that HAS to mean that criminal activity only occurred a mile away. Funny how the don't rush to judgement crowd chooses to condense the broader picture.

People smash their phones, hire cleaning crews and damge their video surveillance all the time Andy ... :rolleyes2:

People, especially those that make as much money as Hernandez do have people clean their house all the time.
I missed the part where it was proven Hernandez damaged his security system himself.
Yes, cell phones do get broken, just ask my son.

The point is that you do not know the details and jumping to a conclusion.

As I said he may be the killer, but to call his actions irresponsible without know what his actions actually are, is crazy.
For example, what has his communication or his attorney's on his behalf with the police been? What did he do or see? What does he know? What actually happened? Who pulled the trigger?Where? Was Hernandez in danger of being shot as well? What did the police find in their search?

I could go on and on. Without those and more facts acting like you know something is silly.

You can also cut a player because you don't like his shirt.

NFL Personal Conduct Policy - NFL Nation Blog - ESPN

ok.....where to start.....what did AH break?

Criminal offenses including, but not limited to, those involving:

•The use or threat of violence; domestic violence and other forms of partner abuse; theft and other property crimes; sex offenses; obstruction or resisting arrest; disorderly conduct; fraud; racketeering; and money laundering - CHECK
• Criminal offenses relating to steroids and prohibited substances, or substances of abuse; - CHECK
•Conduct that imposes inherent danger to the safety and well being of another person; - CHECK
•Conduct that undermines or puts at risk the integrity and reputation of the NFL, NFL clubs, or NFL players. - CHECK

He is toast.......regardless of outcome.......guilt by association in something like this is more than sufficient cause......say goodbye to him...his simply being there is sufficient damnation

Per multiple news source (e.g., SMY), he was approached by team staff upon arrival and asked to leave immediately. The fact that he took an hour to do that doesn't make a difference.

It seems that to me, that at this point in time, it is pretty much impossible to conceive of him as an innocent witness.

Pretty much impossible? Based on what?

Let's put it this way - what if Aaron and his friends went to buy some weed or some other ****. Which, he does have a history of marijuana use so that's not a giant leap. Let's say his ex's sister's boyfriend Lloyd, who was an acquaintance of Hernandez, asked if he could borrow the rental car they had used for the drug deal and he drove off to the park to make another buy while the rest stay in Aaron's home getting high. Lloyd was then the subject of a deal/mugging/carjacking gone foul. The mugger/carjacker gets in the car and drives off in a panic, realizes the car ties him or her to the murder stops a little ways away, gets out and runs off.

Hernandez, learning that Lloyd has been shot, now fears an investigation where the drug use in his home will be seen by police investigating the murder and in a moment of panic based on not wanting to get caught for drug charges destroys the equipment.

The next morning he calls his lawyer after his regular Monday house cleaning crew comes in and his lawyer tells him what an idiot he is because obstruction of justice in a murder trial is way worse than getting caught doing some rails off of a hooker's *******.

Now the media gets into the story and they see the juicy narrative they want to push. Now instead of a regular house cleaning crew coming in for their regularly scheduled cleaning the story is delivered in a way to imply a narrative - that Hernandez called them to clean up blood and brains. Stories about Hernandez being in trouble in other instances come up and now instead of isolated incidents of bad judgement, which all of us are guilty of to one degree or another, they're presented as a sort of overwhelming evidence of his poor character.

He didn't almost get into a fight with a teammate like happens all the time on sports teams, no he was THREATENING Welker.

He wasn't asked to leave Gillette because of the media circus disrupting an event with Gov. Patrick he was BARRED from entry.

If you can't see the obvious attempt by the media here to frame events to tell the juiciest story then you should probably take some classes on social engineering.

Meanwhile it could be nothing more than a kid panicking after doing something millions of Americans, including our president, do and have done, now he looks like he's trying to cover-up a murder and people like you already have him not only off the team but swinging from the gallows.

And it really bums me out because it just shows how much power the media holds over public perception.

This makes no sense either. You hear gunshots but not calling the police.

Those fireworks you thought you heard last night, guess what light goes off in your head when you hear there was a murder nearby the next morning.

Hernandez would know that as well as any other players, yet he is the only one who has been banned.

Please cite where he was BANNED as Kraft threw down the gauntlet.
At this point all we know is he went to the facility, spent an hour there and was told to go home.

Those fireworks you thought you heard last night, guess what light goes off in your head when you hear there was a murder nearby the next morning.

I may not be the average since I have been around guns my whole life by hunting, shooting competitively etc, but you can kinda tell what the difference is between fireworks and gun shots IMO.

What???????????
Let me make sure I understand you. if he friend killed Lloyd, then trashed his security system, if Hernandez doesn't say who did it he is charged with murder?
Come on.

At worst, we're looking at accessory to murder or accessory after the fact if this is what happened.

There is a "felony murder" charge one can get if someone is killed while you are committing a felony even if you aren't the trigger man. It's like one step behind second degree murder, I think.

An example of how that works is like a case that happened in Denver that some still debate about the felony murder charge, there was a girl who arranged a burglary, which is a felony. During the burglary, it went bad, the cops got involved, and one of the guys that she brought along to help shot and killed a police officer. She was already in custody sitting in the back of a police car when it happened, but because it was still in the commission of a felony SHE set in motion, they got her for felony murder and she did 7 years. Many are STILL debating whether she should have gotten hit with felony murder.

Don't know the details of what was going down with Hernandez, but if he were there and it turned out to be a drug deal or something that could be a felony already, and he helped cover it up.... I gotta wonder if there would be a way felony murder would apply here.

All hypothetical of course since nobody knows what went down yet.
