Multiple staff members involved in ESPN's coverage of Deflategate reportedly have been threatened via phone, email and social media.

I assume the accuracy of that claim is commensurate with ESPN's general reporting on Framegate; that is, totally fraudulent.

Probably folks contacting the over 100 ESPN Ashley Madison suckers. It does not say what the threats are and they use the word vile. My guess is it is stop this or I release the Ashley Madison photos to your family perhaps in more colorful language. I like all good Patriots fans condemn this action against these folks no matter how scummy and despicable ESPN has been. No seriously, not cool.

My first reaction was "that's bad, even the slime buckets at ESPN don't deserve this, but then I saw that the original source was ESPN, so I breathed a sigh of relief since it meant the story had to be a lie.

I thought the same thing. It's like they feel the need to keep the story alive. Do you think if Belichick or Brady is generally aware that fans are upset that we will lose another draft pick?

Given the way words like "threat", "racist", "sexist" and the like have been changed to fit agendas in recent years, you'll have to excuse me if I don't take this seriously without having seen/heard the actual 'threats'.

Just saw the espn sport center ad with Gronk showing off his SB ring to some anchors. They're praising him to his face and trash him as soon as his back is turned. At least they're consistent.
