Edelman back at practice

Dude is a beast, pure and simple. I still would like to see him held out until Week 17, though. As I mentioned before, Edelman is the type of guy that would rush himself back for the good of his teammates without much regard for his own personal health.
Exactly...weak coaches/managers let players call the shots. We're fortunate there, of course.

I agree. I'm going to be holding my breath every time he cuts hard on that foot.

No Edelman on game day until we're SURE SURE everything is good. Awesome to hear he's practicing, but there's a good chance we won't even need him on the field for another month. We need a healthy Edelman in the playoffs. If he comes back in the reg. season and gets hurt, that would be devastating.

While I don't think it'll be as drastic as LaFell vs the NYJ, I'm sure the team might have a concern about rust forming around his game. Going into a win or lose game you kinda want to make sure you are firing on all cylinders.

If he is 100% healthy, he should have a light workload v MIA or NYJ.

If he isn't 100% healed then he should sit.

"Oil can..."

Crisp as lettuce?

OK, totally OT here, but for all of you dog owners out there, feed them some Romaine lettuce, counter-intuitively they absolutely LOVE it!

Judging by the video Kyed posted, I think he plays but in a limited role Sunday

But at the same time do we want to risk him being rusty? To me getting him out there at the end of the regular season is a risk/reward thing.

Call me wierd/nostalgic, but I'm hoping for a bloody sock in the superbowl.

I certainly hope he gets to sit out another week. We wont need Jules against the Titans.

Whatever helps him best recovery for January. Make it happen.

Agreed.

Besides, Hankerson needs the reps to get up to speed.

Ya probably won't need him. But nothing beats actual game action to get back into rhythm even it is limited.

Edelman better be on the field for the Titans! If hes not, trade him!!!!
