Edelman back at practice

Of course Felger was hinting at some sort of impropriety at work r.e. edleman & gronkowski recovery... Dooshbag Felger took the old HGH & deer antler spray r.e. the pats this afternoon....

I'm thinking he's been put on a rehab device called a bone stimulator that speeds the bone growth. Eli, Peyton, Aaron Rogers and Dez Bryant have all used one to come back from bone related issues.

I used one of those about 25 years ago for a broken foot.

By the way, has anyone heard what Bedard and/or his inside info guy from USA Today have had to say about Edelman's earlier-than-expected return to practice? I recall a few weeks ago hearing from them that Edelman's healing/recovery was going slower than expected and it was possible he was gone until next season.

Mike felger just suggested that Edelman must have used peds to come back so soon.....
That's his explanation for literally everything.

Really don't get the "don't play him against the titans" stuff.

Let him play and knock some rust off in a limited role, get back into the flow of stuff. That way he can be ready for basically what will amount to a regular season playoff game. If Pats beat the titans and then beat the jests that's more than likely HFA wrapped up and it puts a big dent into the jests playoff hopes.
Nonsense. The orthopedic physicians on this board know better. If I'm Edelman, I'm saying screw Mass General, I'm headed for patsfans.com.

The thing is that in order for this offence to be effective it needs work. Edelman has been out for several games now and he NEEDS work. It doesn't do us any good to have him out there in a one and done situation and not be at least close to 100%. That won't happen if he doesn't get some work in at the end of the season.

The fact is that according to what I've read, 20% of these types of injuries rebreak regardless of how much you protect them. If its going to rebreak, it's going to rebreak. If it doesn't it won't. It is that simple.

So here is what I'd suggest. I'd sit him for this game and given him more time to practice and get up to speed. I'd let him go full bore in the Jet game, and finally I'd give him a quarter or 2 in the Miami game. That should get him to the point where we would be reasonably certain that we will have the Julian Edelman we (and Brady) have come to expect

Practice is one thing. Games another.

Especially not needed to bring him back early against the titans.

If i recall, 6 weeks would be the jets game and week 7 would be against the dolphins.

So i wouldnt be surprised to see him get limited snaps in either of those two games. Edelman is the type of player that i dont see taking too long to get back on the same page with brady

He's a liar and a scumbag. It must really suck to be so worthless that the only way you can make aa living is to make sh.t up about people.

I recall Schefter saying days before that Gronk wouldn't play against Houston. Not saying Edelman is gonna play but these media guys are not exactly plugged directly in to the Pats.

Lol if you think for one second that a single NFL player wouldn't piss hot at some point if they were routinely tested.

If he doesn't play next week against the Titans, I think we need to question whether his dad is calling the shots. I mean, it's either that or he's soft as a roll of Charmin Ultra. (amidoinitrite?)

I agree, why does he have to be 100% healthy? No one is 100% healthy this time of the year. Look at Gronk he was 67.67% healthy on Sunday yet he played. I don't care if JE is 60% healthy he better play against the titans or he is toast. That foot is going to break again one day anyway, at least we can show the world how macho the Pats players are by bringing him out like 2 or 3 weeks before it actually makes sense to do so.

That makes no sense at all. The priority is health for the playoffs, they don't need Edelman to beat Tennessee and they are already have a 97% chance for a bye. If healthy they will have an excellent chance of winning the SB and that is what matters.

Apologize for doing such a poor job at sarcasm.

Edit: I thought the 67.67% would bring out the nature of the post.

I tend to keep my tablet nearby when I sleep so I can read for a few minutes when I wake up at night So iread a few posts and threads last night when I woke up last night and in doing so completely missed the context and subsequently the sarcasm. Completely my fault, once again my apology for being the dumbass.I should have picked up on it.
