You should really check your facts before you state "facts" Aren't you supposed to be over in TOOMPA town?If unvaxed and close contact he misses 10 days automatically even if he tests negative.
That's the NFL protocol. If I am incorrect, please provide where. I might have read it wrong. You should really check your facts before you state "facts" Aren't you supposed to be over in TOOMPA town?
Or he can hit up AB for some papersFingers crossed Dugger is vaccinated and we can get a little good fortune with negative tests before Monday.
Just 5 days if he tests negative. That would mean he could still play on Monday.
NFL's COVID-19 protocols lay out different rules for the vaccinated and unvaccinated
There is no vaccine mandate for NFL players. Instead, the 2021 protocols put the onus on the unvaccinated.www.startribune.com
Maybe the rest of the safeties on the team.I wonder if anyone is a close contact to Dugger?,

Not a chance. Vaccines weren't even available until late last year. Now the vast majority of the league is vaccinated (while others are "innumnized").Covid cases are higher this season than last season. I think we are about to see the season get compromised possibly worse than last year.

Sorry, but I just don't believe that is relevant. Last year positive tests were more meaningful as there were no vaccines, the country was in a massive spike, people were more fearful of testing positive, icu capacity was in greater danger, etc.79 NFL players tested positive for COVID-19 in November - ProFootballTalk
Five more NFL players tested positive for COVID-19 on Tuesday. That brings the total for November to 79 positive cases among NFL players, Howard Balzer of allcardinals.com reports. There were 26 positive COVID-19 tests among NFL players in September and 24 in October.Dr. Allen Sills, the NFL’s...profootballtalk.nbcsports.com
Have you looked at the numbers in MA recently? Baker just stopped elective surgeries again because of the high numbers in hospitals. I know most of us want to believe this is behind us but it isn't at all. It's only Dec. 1.Sorry, but I just don't believe that is relevant. Ok, perhaps stopping elective surgeries will be part of a "new normal" during flu season. Perhaps the league will reduce attendance during this time of year. Perhaps any number of things will happen without the season being "compromised." It will never be behind us. Still, life goes on.Have you looked at the numbers in MA recently? JJ Taylor also on list.
Patriots now have multiple players dealing with COVID-19
The New England Patriots placed defensive player Kyle Dugger on the COVID list on Wednesday. This comes following J.J. Taylor was placed on it earlier in the week.www.audacy.com
